Are the colours on your designs 'true to life'?

Colours shown on a website may vary on different computer monitors.  If colour is important to you, please send a sample of the correct colour so I can make a match.  If I can't match it, I will contact you before commencing any work.  Otherwise just pick colours you like.

What are the fastenings on Bridal Cushions?

See the pictures below for samples of the fastenings.  All the options are variations on these, so simply make your choice from the options on the order form.  If you have any other ideas, please don't hesitate to contact me.   

I would like an elephant on a cushion but can't find one in your designs?

I am building up a 'library of designs' but if you don't see what you would like, please contact me.  If a requested design is suitable for other uses/customers I will be happy to create it at no extra charge - although it will take longer to produce the finished item.  If it is a very personal design, possibly of little general interest, then there would be an additional charge to cover 'art work'.  Please contact me to discuss any such project.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For an existing design I would expect to turn the order round within 7 days; for a customised item the art work will take longer but I would give an indication of time scale when discussing the project with you.  As with all made-to-order items, turn-round times will be longer at busy times of the year - so order well in advance and, if timing is important, contact me to let me know the date by which you would like your order completed. 

What size are the cushions?

Our  cushions are approximately 40cm (16" square) and are made with high quality cream cotton furnishing fabric, with polyester pads.  All parts comply with the flammability requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings Requirements (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988.  Dry cleaning is recommended to maintain the bright colours of the embroidery.
