These points are important, and should be read carefully as they form part of your contract with me.

Payment:  Payment can be made via Pay Pal or by cheque.  No work will be commenced until payment is received and in the case of cheques, cleared.

VAT Prices quoted are not subject to the addition of VAT

Make up and Delivery:  Each order is handled individually and an estimated completion date will be provided with your order confirmation.  You will be kept advised if any changes need to be made to the schedule.  This will vary according to season, amount of work etc but should usually be less than 21days.  Consideration will always be given to urgent orders.

Ordering more than one item:  The online order system currently only allows for one product to be ordered at a time.  If your purchase is for more than one item please email me the details and I can then work out the overall cost with minimum post and packing and advise you of the total amount payable.

Post and Packing:  Bulky items will be dispatched by next day courier service and have a standard carriage charge as shown on the product details.  Small items may be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service if that is a cheaper option.  A signature will always be required for either delivery mode. 

Refunds: As the products are made to order there can be no refunds unless faulty materials or workmanship is present.

Liability:  Every care is taken in producing our goods.  Product warnings are included on the category information pages if relevant. Liability of Sheila Robinson/Apple Tree Crafts is limited to the value of the order.  Responsibility cannot be taken for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
